Zahra Bahrololoumi CBE

Independent Non-Executive Director

Zahra was appointed to the Board on 17 March 2023.

Zahra has over 25 years’ experience in technology and consulting and was appointed Chief Executive Officer for Salesforce in UK and Ireland in 2021. At Salesforce, Zahra helps customers navigate digital transformations in the new AI landscape so they can build resilience and grow their business. Prior to Salesforce, Zahra held a number of senior executive roles at Accenture where she worked for over 22 years, including as the Technology Lead for UK and Ireland.

Zahra sits on the Board of Movement to Work and on the Board of Trustee Directors for Business in the Community. She also chairs the Cancer Research Corporate Partnerships Board. Previous Board-level roles include Boycott your Bed supporting Action for Children, techUK, Accenture UK and Ireland and the Prince’s Trust Technology Leadership Board.

She graduated from Brunel University with a degree in Management Science. In 2024, Brunel University awarded Zahra an honorary Doctor of Business degree.
