Judith Eden

Independent Non-Executive Director

Judith Eden was appointed to TSB Board on 1 January 2024 and served as the Chair of TSB’s Audit Committee from 17 April 2024 to 30 April 2026.

Judith Eden is a qualified accountant and experienced executive with over 30 years of broad-based international financial services experience in banking, insurance and asset management.

Judith started her career at Price Waterhouse (now PwC) in 1988 before moving to Morgan Stanley in 1992. She spent fourteen years in audit, operational management and finance before joining Morgan Stanley Investment Management (MSIM) in 2006 as founding member of an internal alternatives investment boutique.

In 2009, Judith was appointed Director and Chief Administrative Officer for MSIM in EMEA, subsequently Internationally. In 2013, she additionally became Chief Executive Officer of MSIM’s international cross-border fund management company, MSIM ACD Ltd. She also served as an executive member of Morgan Stanley International’s Board Audit Committee.

Judith currently sits on the Boards of Merrill Lynch International, the Pension Insurance Corporation plc and Invesco Asset Management Limited. She previously sat on the Boards of ICBC Standard Bank plc and Morgan Stanley Investment Management.

Judith graduated from the University of Surrey with a degree in Linguistics and International Studies.
