Replace a damaged card

Follow these steps to replace a damaged card using the TSB Mobile Banking App.

Step 1

Tap the card icon on the homepage.

Tap ‘Replace broken card’.

Step 3

Confirm your address by tapping on ‘Check my address’.

Step 4

Select ‘Yes’ if the address is correct or ‘No’ if you wish to update your address, then follow the instructions on the screen.
