Reject an online payment

Follow these steps to reject an online payment using the TSB Mobile Banking App.

Step 1

Log in to the app and tap Payments to approve.

Step 2

Tap Reject Payment.

Step 3

Select a reason.

Step 4

Confirmation that the payment has been stopped.
