TSB reduces two-year fixed rates for shared ownership and shared equity borrowers
From today, TSB has launched new products and updated its fixed rates across its mortgage range.
Affordable housing
TSB’s two-year fixed rates for shared ownership and shared equity borrowers have been reduced by between 0.20% and 0.25%.
Shared ownership and shared equity borrowers can also now take out a new two-year fixed rate mortgage with no fee, with rates starting from 1.99% for home movers with a 25% or more deposit.
Buy to let
New two-year fixed rates with a £995 fee have been introduced for buy to let borrowers looking to either purchase a property or remortgage an existing one. Rates start from 1.79% for house purchasers with a 40% deposit.
Residential house purchase and remortgage
TSB’s house purchase and remortgage range is also being updated, with a series of rate changes to selected two-year, three-year and five-year fixed rate mortgages.
